Why established NASR
NASR was established by Cong in response to a clear market necessity rather than ideological intent.
Through long-term cross-regional cooperation, Cong identified persistent structural gaps between manufacturing, distribution, and end customers, including fragmented resources, slow market response, and unclear cooperation boundaries.
